If your institution does not have a server structure capable of running ABCD, let us take care of it for you. We provide a configured and updated ABCD with your institution's name and the necessary database structures.

My ABCD

If you only need a database to work with your data, we provide access to the My ABCD service.

With this service, you will receive access to use the databases in the structure necessary for your collection. 

Data export

Data stored in old systems or software that will be discontinued can be exported to spreadsheets or new databases. Contact us to assess the possibilities of extracting data from your collection.

Data import

We import your data into ABCD from spreadsheets, ISO files, XML, and other types of structured data. Contact us to evaluate the possibilities of importing data from your collection.

Training courses

We offer courses focused on Collection Automation for professionals responsible for collection management. Our training covers everything from operational aspects to the most advanced level, which consists of ABCD installation and customisation.
